I am trying to load a .stl model to gazebo using xacro. But the size of the model in gazebo is too big. I don't have editor to edit .stl so is it possible to reduce the size of mesh through xacro?

I'd like to add a video example of whar @RRK user answered.

It works exactly the same way in XACROS and URDF files.

Here you have three code examples of how to make a mesh smaller, bigger and change scale in only one axis. C:\fakepath\options_scale.urdf.launch

can change using mesh scale

<mesh scale="0.005 0.005 0.005" filename="package://grizzly_description/meshes/ultrasoundsensor.STL"/>
