HI! All

I want to make a moving object on ROS Indigo so I fallow this tutorial http://www.generationrobots.com/en/co...

In this tutorial, It is implemented on Hydro.

This tutorial can work on Hydro but it doesn't work on Indigo.

I already fixed this sentence
<joint name="${lr}_wheel_hinge"/> to
<joint name="${lr}_wheel_hinge"> <hardwareinterface>EffortJointInterface</hardwareinterface> </joint> in macros.xacro file

So that I can fix all error when I run Gazebo with this world file.

However, my model just turn wheels not move position on Gazebo when I send topic using turtlebot teleop.

I guess this plugin "libgazebo_ros_diff_drive.so" may be changed but I'm not sure.

Please answer if you know how to fix it or if you know some tutorial codes that I can use.

Thank you.

This website has a lot of resources for learning hot to use the Turtlebot in simulation:

This video also looks interesting:

They both use ROS Indigo
