having problem with rosluanch a gazebo file

hello

I made a project for gazebo and I ran it in my computer ,but when I run it on my friend computer whit same files I have these error :

Some setup information would be useful: ROS and Gazebo versions of your and your friend's machines. And which operating system? There is this line in your traceback: "line: yaml https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros... osx unsupported pickle protocol: 4 [spawn_urdf-4]" -> this might be a Python-related error. Which Python versions are running on your and your friend's computers? Type 'python --version' in the console to find out.
