Gazebo and reality codes are they the same ?

Hi, i want to fly the ErleCopter drone and have some sensors on it , my Question is :will the code used in Gazebo are the codes that Ill used in ROS while doing the real flight and testing ?? So will just use the same codes to implement in reality ? I'm a beginner .
