PID tuning: how to publish the error , that the PID receive as input, on a topic.

Hello!

I would like to publish on a topic the errors that the PIDs of my robot receive as input. How can I do that? I'm not a C++ programmer, so I rely hope that all-ready exists an ready to use plug-in.It will be very useful for pid tuning.
