physics engine stops working after installing ros-gazebo control .

i'm working whit nao in gazebo and i'm using indigo and for some reason i had to choose gazebo6 . and i installed ros-$ROS_DISTRO-gazebo6-ros-pkgs and complied gazebo6 in catkin

ros-indigo-gazebo6-ros-control wont be installed automatically and when i run gazebo with nao it will fall to the ground and it's controllers wont work then i install ros-indigo-gazebo6-ros-control separately nao wont touch the ground and it floats in the air what is the problem i'm running my nao from https://github.com/ros-naoqi/nao_moveit_config
