Does changing the world friction effect my bot ?
I cannot add friction tags through urdf as they dont actually work so what i decided to do is change the friction id the world file itself.... will this work? cuz i cant see any significant differences

Why do you say friction on the model is not working? Can you add a snippet of your URDF file? How did you try adding friction to the world? Perhaps you want to add it to the ground plane model instead?
