installing Gazebo on a Ubuntu14.02 which is installed on virtual machine

I'm hoping to install Ubuntu14.02 on a virtual machine on Windows10 but I'm afraid so Gazebo doesn't get installed of worked properly because of virtual machine can any one give me any advice on this issue. if its possible what is the best virtual machine for the issue. thanks
