How can I Rotate a laser ray

Hello,

I am starting a project on Gazebo, I want to use SLAM on a pioneer3-AT

I just want my scan to go up and down using a plugin but I have no idea how to do it, do you guys have any suggestion ? Thanks in advance !

My world (just for the scan), it's the official hokuyo laser: C:\fakepath\world.world
