On the top right side of every question, you can see a "Follow" button. Click that to follow the question.
When you ask a question, you automatically follow it.
Then you can go to your profile and followed questions, and you'll see the list of all your followed questions.

I have to mark the all questions and their answer that I am interested in it was the interesting topic that I got. I have to make the all reports at time so I can see the final match between the all prespractive that was good to have these answers.
