Gazebo chair shines through the table in the simulation
Hello,
I am using a chair from http://www.theconstructsim.com/shop/objects/chair-3/ in my gazebo simulation of a room. Unfortunately, when i display image from the camera of my robot, the white edges of the chair are visible through the table.
I would like to ask if you know how to delete these edges.
Thanks

What version of Gazebo are you using? It would be useful to also see the table model.

Hi, I am using Gazebo 7.3.1. My table is the most regular table that i found in the gazebo application (the one with wooden surface). I just realized that my camera is the problem, not the chair (the camera sees through objects) - do you know how can i deal with this?

It's still hard to tell what's going on without seeing some code... Could you add the camera's SDF to your question?

Unfortunately, I am quite new with ROS and Gazebo, and I do not know exactly where can I find the SDF :( I am using the tum_simulator for ar drone. In my catkin_ws/src i have a lot of packages and they probably depend on each other. I use launch from drone_application package, when my .world file is in the tum_simulator/cvg_sim_gazebo/worlds folder.. Therefore, I do not know what is going on :P Any suggestions?:)

How about we start by adding a screenshot showing the image you're seeing? Another thing you can do is go to
File -> Save world as
and then paste the saved world somewhere public and add a link to the question.Asked by chapulina on 2017-07-20 11:41:33 UTC
Hi, I apologize for the late response. I have posted all screenshots here: http://answers.ros.org/question/267228/ar-drone-camera-transparent-images/
