How do i insert a image into gazebo simulation environment ?
Hey , i am trying to simulate auto docking feature of a robot on gazebo environment . I want to insert a tracker into gazebo (the tracker is a simple aurco / square tracker ) . If i download a png/jpeg file from the Internet , how do i stick it onto a 3d mesh , or how do i directly import it onto gazebo environment .

I suggest you first get familiar with how Gazebo models work, then take a look at this example of shapes with textures.
