Models of April Tag in Gazebo

Hi,

I was trying to run simulations in Gazebo but realized that there are no April Tags.

While I have seen this and this, they either don't provide anything for generating April Tag models or provide scripts instead of models.

I would like to know if there is a way to directly get the model SDF file in gazebo ?
