Where is Gazebo built-in plugin documentation?

I see a lot of Gazebo build in library in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gazebo-9/plugins. I hate reinventing the wheel and have great interest in the future for re-use this library, but there is no documentation everywhere including Internet.

Some of them are documented here, others have some documentation on their header files, which show up here.

There is an open issue for documenting the rest of the plugins, contributions are welcome ;)
