What inertia and mass values should I set for environment (grass, sidewalks, houses...)?
I am importing a 3D environment I made on Blender to Gazebo. I was wondering what I should set my inertia values, mass etc such that the Physics work out. The plan is to have a vehicle navigate through the environment I made.

If you make the model static there is no need for the inertial element at all.
