How to simulate Stick-Slip Phenomenon?

There is a certain phenomenon that prevents the robot wheels to move forward until it overcomes certain force threshold given by a stick coefficient and then to slip over the surface because the force that is being applied to the wheels is bigger than certain force threshold given by a slip coefficient.

Is there any way how to incorporate this behavior into Gazabo simulation?
