Adding wind to Gazebo 7.0

Hello everyone,

I'm using hector_quadrator model in Gazebo 7.0 (ROS Kinetic, Ubuntu 16.04). I want to add wind model in Gazebo and writing a wind controller for hector_quadrator. How can i add the wind model.
