how to spawn a simple table to put below my robot

Hello guys Im new in Gazebo and ROS, how can I spawn a table and other default objects in Gazebo through roslaunch?? my goal is to simulate object manipulation and without objects I cannot practice, i know i can spawn through rosrun but there is away to doing so within the launch file??
