issue with collada file velodyne_top.dae top cylinder not visible only the rays

use of blender 2.79 b to import dae meshes velodyne_base and velodyne_top.dae in/meshes of .gazebo ( I follow tuto " Model Appearance " / gazebo tutorials I use gazebo 9.13 model velodyne hdl 32 present in gazebo but only the rays of top sensor appear the meshe of top cylinder does not appear seem <uri> model:// velodyne-hdl32 / meshes ..... in top_visual ( sdf file ) don't find velodyne_top.dae

found solution Collada models built with Blender (coming from Velodyne site / HDL32E_outline_Model.STEP downloaded in Freecad ) and exported to gazebo /models directory are not correct as often

models coming from OSRT gazebo_models make the job perfectly
