For Gazebo Developers: What computer would you buy?

We are trying to figure out the hardware configuration for a new computer that is supposed to be used for ROS-Gazebo development only. We plan to work with gazebo 11 and later transfer to Ignition Gazebo. What Graphics Card would you buy for a computer for Gazebo projects? What specification should the CPU have?
