Gazebo Simulation becomes very slow after ~800 seconds

I am running my path planning algorithm in ros gazebo environment with a UAV (equipped with one depth camera with gazebo kinect plugin). Everything is running normal before 800 seconds. After, everything becomses no response (very slow, looks like 1 frame per 10 seconds. Sometimes even worse). I cannot even turn off my laptop. I have to kill the battery power of my laptop to restart.

To be honest, I am not 100% sure it is the gazebo problem and I am not sure where to debug with. So, anyone could point out some potential problem from my desciption? Probabily it is a memory issue?
