Hello, not sure if the title describes what I'm looking for. But I'm working on a project where I need the points or pixels and their heights, to be used in a ros python script. I created a world already in gazebo, but I would like to export the, I guess map of the world, to be used in python. Something like what they do in this post.

Is this possible, to convert my world into a map of points depicting height as well. I'm not sure where to look, so if anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be awesome.
