How to visualize the model plugin

I can see that for sensor plugins, it is possible to manipulate visual elements to assist visualization of sensor behaviors (lidar, camera .etc)

Would it be possible to have access to the visible elements for a model plugin? If so, how would it be possible to achieve this?

I am trying to simulate a dynamics plugin and visualize it, but trying to avoid two independent plugins being called from the sdf file.
