gzweb not working correctly with moveit

I have a franka emika Panda robot configuration with moveit and gazebo (ROS kinetic, Gazebo7). If I run it together with gui, everything works perfectly. If I use gzweb instead of gzclient, I get the model, but control does not work. Robot just falls down from gravity. What can be missing in the configuration?
