How to resolve hx_robot_info() Service call timed out?
I've tried to run the example HAPTIX controller from both the C API and the MATLAB API with no success - I always get the "Service call timed out" error described on the C API tutorial page. I've tried all 4 steps to resolve the error with no luck. Any advice?
I'm using a 64 bit Windows 10 computer with Visual Studio 2013 and the Windows SDK 0.8.3. I've also tried using both MATLAB R2020b and R2014b. I have an Ubuntu 14.04 LTS machine with Gazebo/Haptix installed from the tutorials. All my environment variables were set properly according to the installation tutorial.
