(How) can I use worlds/models from "classic" gazebo in ignition gazebo

Hi gazebo community

I started using ignition gazebo and like it. However, I had to realize that there are more models/worlds made for the "classic" gazebo version e.g. made by Amazon. Is there a way to use these models made for "classic" gazebo in ignition gazebo?

Hi Andreas,

we are working on it, but there is not a tool for doing this right now. In this PR https://github.com/ignitionrobotics/ign-gazebo/pull/400 you can find more infomration about this.
