I'm using gazebo9, not ignition gazebo and I wanna use fuel model(not sure how to call it) in this site https://app.ignitionrobotics.org/dashboard

I read tutorial and checked it works in ignition gazebo And I thought the format is same, so may be work at gazebo9 But I can't spawn the model in gazebo9

Is it possible? or can give me some hint thankyou
