Model is loaded but no displayed

The robot arm model was generated from the moveit_setup_assistant and was trying to spawn by using the "$ roslaunch moveit_config gazebo.launch" from the package. As shown in the figure below, although the left bar is indicating the model is successfully loaded, the model is no displayed in the world.

I have attempted to right-click on the "robot" tab and try to navigate to the model by clicking the "move to" but it is not successful. The model is only able to show up when I click the "follow".

Is there any solution for this issue?? Thanks in advance
