Draw an arrow from a VisualPlugin

I would like to draw an arrow from a VisualPlugin, much like the 3 arrows that appear when I go in "translate mode" to move a model in the world.

How could I do that from a VisualPlugin? All I found for now was the CreateDynamicLines from Visual, but 3d arrows would look better :-).

Do you mean the markers? Maybe this package can be of some help.
