Realsense d435 Gazebo plugin depth accuracy

Hi! I am simulating a robot with a rgbd camera mounted on it for my MD thesis. I am using the pal-robotics realsense plugin to simulate the Real Sense camera streams. I need the depth data from the depth image to fit a plane, so they should be as accurate as possible, but even if the plane is inclined at a high angle, only two/three depth levels can be observed from the depth map. Is there a plugin parameter that I can modify to improve depth accuracy?
