Ignition path not resolved with URDF and roslaunch

Hi all, what is the best way to set Ignition paths in ROS Noetic when starting a simulation with roslaunch? I have a URDF to be spawned, but the plugins are not found even if the correct <env> path is set.

Any information would be really appreciated.
