gazebo simulation fails whereas Rviz works fine when using ros2 bag

Hi everyone, I've recorded some topics related to a navigation problem with the ros2 bag tool. When playing the recorded values, the behavior of the robot is correct on Rviz but not in Gazebo. I've check QoS policies are well configured for all the recorded topics. What could I be missing? Thanks in advance
