how to set distance of following (tracking) mode in gazebo garden?

I have a quadcopter in simulation and I want to follow behind it I know there is a follow feature in entity tree window, it can't be zoomed in but I want to closer to my vehicle like in the link below. I know there is an example for this but is there any plugin ready to use? If it is how to implement it to my project?
