drcsim thumb - sandia hand

I notice that there are 4 finger joint listed for the sandia hand, i.e. for right hand, r-f0-j0 r-f1-j0 r-f2-j0 r-f3-j0

When running the tutorial on joint control, (http://gazebosim.org/wiki/Tutorials/drcsim/joint_control), only the three 'non-thumb' digits work. The opposable digit does not move. Any one else experiencing the same issue? How can we get this 'thumb' digit on the sandia hand to work?

The fingers are f0, f1, and f2; the thumb is f3. I've been able to move the thumb in a recent version of drcsim. Which version are you using?
