No publishing topic: WARNING: no messages received and simulated time is active. Is /clock being published?

Hi all, I'm working with Gazebo and ROS hydro. I have a problem when I move a custom plugin into the /catkin_ws/devel/lib. When I move this plugin into this folder and after I write on a shell: rostopic echo /clock (for example, but the result is the same for every topic) I have this kind of message:

WARNING: no messages received and simulated time is active. Is /clock being published?

If I remove the plugin and after I write rostopic echo /clock it works fine.

Any idea?
