Does Ubuntu 13.04 support gazebo 1.9 and ros Hydro?

I am working on server with 64 bit,8Gb RAM,500Gb HD and nVidia TESLA C2050. I have to use Gazebo 1.9 and Ros Hydro Simulator for simulation purpose. If anyone has work experience and/or idea in this field.Plz Let me know. Which version is best for these?
