Digital Elevation Models

I am new here, I am going through the tutorial and now I reached “Digital Elevation Models”. When I try to test the volcano.world example from the tutorial, the result that I am getting is a no-color (black) world, I can see it is a square and when I rotate it, I can see the hight differences between the areas but doesn't have any color.

I tried the hieghtmap.world and hieghtmap_dem.world that are located in the /usr/local/share/gazebo-4.0/worlds, I get the same result, a no-color world.

Could you please let me know how to fix this problem?
