Problem with heightmap

Hi, I was trying to build a terrain using this tutorial: http://vimeo.com/58409707

but It doesn't work for me. When I add my terrain I get this: http://snag.gy/gs6Wf.jpg I also get error in terminal:

Error [Visual.cc:2133] No mesh specified

please help! I am using Gazebo 2.2 and ROS.
