Hello. I want create circle....or big Ring. Where can i learn to create circle...like tank. Design tank

You could use the building editor to draw a bunch of walls to give a piecewise linear approximation of a circular tank.

Alternatively, you could create a mesh of a tank using blender or some other 3d modeling program and then import it into gazebo.
