minimum graphic card to run baxter on gazebo?

I have a AMD RADEONTM HD 7470 1GB DDR3 DP/DVI w/o Adapters,LP graphic card on my computer and gazebo crashes when launching baxter simulator. So I contacted rsdk support and they explained that my problem could be because of my graphic card. When I looked at the different questions asked about graphic card, nvidia card seems to fit very well with gazebo. So I'd like to know which card do I have to choose for the best performance. Thanks

gazebo doesn't need powerful graphics card for rendering, a budget nvidia card should be more than enough

thanks for your answer...but I am wondering why the amd radeon is not enough to launch gazebo perfeclty?

Probably because of linux libraries? I don't think it's a performance issue. It might also help posting the error you get, maybe others had it as well.

gazebo works fine except when trying to launch baxter simulator...the support team told me to try launching pr2 since both are complex robots, and with this one it works well. So it seems that baxter is the problem
