camera plugin does not loading

I want to publish camera/image/raw topic. I added camera sensor but it does not publishing topic.Here is my files:

iris_with_standoffs.sdf

iris_with_ardupilot.sdf

iris_arducopter_runway.world

Basically im using Khancyr ardupilot_gazebo files. What should i need to do for publishing camera topic
