Creating Revolute Joint? Selection of Parent & Child Node

I am currently following this tutorial from the Gazebo official website to create a small robot model. The link is: link text. On the 8th step, I cannot select the chassis of the vehicle to be my parent and the same for the wheel of my robot to be the child. Is there something I am missing? image description
