Gazebo11 supports many actor-related plug-ins including collision capability, but ignition gazebo does not have that. https://github.com/osrf/gazebo/tree/gazebo11/examples/plugins/actor_collisions
I think this feature might require the implementation of #418 first.
Is this the feature somewhat I expect to see for future version of ignition gazebo? Any help will be more than appreciated!
