I have come across gmapping and hector mapping, but it appears to make use of physical robots rather than pure simulations. Furthermore, I was having trouble finding information on how to set the robot at some random point in a map and have it perform its own exploration/mapping- basically move on its own and map. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what tutorials I should use? |
